Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 days

Order Changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified by customer but order cancellation is still possible if it is before shipping process completion. Item Not Received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You should contact the carrier to hunt out their Bags once the item is bagged.
